It‘s very addictive because it has a strong chocolate flavor and chocolate crunch and flakes when mixed in water accordingly 🙂
Maybe because it contains various types of protein, there was no greasy taste of protein products. It doesn’t get lumped in water and mixes well, so it‘s convenient to make it quickly before going to work or working out!
I think milk, soy milk, plant milk, water, and so on will go well together, so I’m going to enjoy various things! I think I‘ll be able to fill up the protein before and after running 🙂
